Google Pixel 8 Series Camera Specs Leaked

New leaks from 9to5Google reveal the camera specifications for Google Pixel 8 series smartphones. Both models will feature significant camera improvements over previous series Pixel phones.

The Pixel 8 will feature a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 8MP front-facing camera; its larger counterpart, Pixel 8 Pro will include these same features plus 48MP telephoto zoom lens (4x optical) as well as 8MP front camera.

In addition to upgraded hardware, Pixel 8 series cameras will also come equipped with new camera software features. This includes Magic Eraser for automatically erasing unwanted objects from photos, and Face Unblur for sharpening faces in blurry photos.

Google Pixel 8 series are anticipated to launch by October 2023.
